Before the Promotion Starts

Good news! You've got full flexibility before things kick off:

  • Cancel any time before the Promoter starts the promotion
  • Get a 100% refund, no questions asked

After the Promotion Starts

Once a promotion is live, things work a bit differently:

  • Refund requests go through our arbitration process
  • Our team reviews each case individually
  • Both parties can present their side

Valid Reasons for Refunds ✅

We'll typically approve refunds when:

  • The promotion wasn't posted according to the agreed specs
    • Wrong time/date
    • Missing agreed-upon content
    • Incorrect platform usage
  • The Promoter's brand has significantly changed
    • Major aesthetic changes
    • Shift in content focus
    • Changes in audience demographics

How to Request a Refund 📝

  2. Click "Cancel Promotion"
  3. Submit for review
